Spry Books is a newly-founded publishing house spear-headed by a young and dynamic international team of researchers, writers, and designers. With the primary aim of shedding fresh light on the rich culture and traditions of the Southeast Asian region in general, and of Thailand in particular, the company's mandate is to produce attractive and well-documented publications, which are both elegant and informative. "Muay Thai: A Living Legacy" is Spry Book's first production. With its lavish illustrations and in-depth text, it is proudly paving the way for its successors: two further volumes in the Muay Thai series and a book on the herbs of Southeast Asia are already being planned.
